Bakery has always been fantastic ... I didn't know they serve lunch too .... but it's great as well!
I went to robaires for my wedding cake. paid in advance, and sat down with them and sent an email to them with the picture of a cake i loved, well let's say i was less than pleased with the way my wedding cake turned out. it was not even close to the picture I sent them a few months earlier. with how much I paid for the cake, and for what I received I would rather have spent half the amount of money and got the same quality cake from Sam's Club or Walmart. If they had any questions or concerns about the design of my cake they should have called. When I sent them a PM on facebook about how displeased I was about my cake, I NEVER heard ONE word from them apologizing. I've waited this long to post after my wedding due to waiting on pictures from my photographer. I will not recommend this bakery to any of my close friends or family, and I will not be returning to this establishment. the first cake is the pic I gave them, and the second cake is what I received. Not happy!!
Robaire's handled my wedding cake. They did an excellent job, and Judy, the woman who made our cake went so far above and beyond what I expected. The cake was excellent, the decoration was perfect, and the service was so far above and beyond.
Great atmosphere great service and there soups are to die for.
Today was Valentine's Day - the first one my freshman daughter has been away from home for. I had just returned home from vacation and realized I wouldn't be able to send something to her in time. I called Robaire Bakery and they were so wonderful - they were able to put some treats together and have it delivered to my daughter's dorm. They really went the extra mile and I want everyone to know how great they are! They are better than my home bakery for service hands down. Thank you Robaire! You are rock stars!
