I was with my friend picking up an order who had 2/2 of her orders messed up or misplaced. The woman we talked to kept saying there’s not much she could do and to shop somewhere else if we keep having problems. Mind you, this is the first order (combined) she has placed with Duo. Although the woman was accommodating with a refund in the end, you NEVER tell a customer just to “shop somewhere else.” Complete disregard for the situation.
Duo has been the most helpful and reliable source i have ever used for apparel. I order a lot of big group orders (sorority) and they always work with my time constraints and complexity of the orders. They really do have extremely good customer service and good quality products. Amazing all around.
The team at Duo are BEYOND helpful and will work with you one on one. They will assist you in budgeting and designing so you can see your custom apparel designs come to life! My sorority has used Duo for multiple orders and look forward to working with them on many more!
Wonderful customer service with extremely personable and considerate employees. Nobody does Greek letters like Duo.
