I have been very satisfied doing business with this establishment starting from scheduling, service and care they show while you are there. However, the girls at-front desk, as good as they talk, often do not admit their mistake. I was overcharged for the service and they did not refund me saying they got the insurance co-pay estimate wrong. They told me to pay certain amount up-front after charging my insurance and in next visit told me that I still owe them "x" amount which is ridiculous. Hence, 3 stars instead of five stars.
Besides the fact that my tongue is still numb...... I had my wisdom tooth extracted from my skull last Tuesday. Which I was scared due to having a bad experience in the past. But it went perfect! I didn't feel a thing! On Friday I blew my nose which gave me a dry socket! (Worst pain in the world) I had to deal with it all weekend..... Monday morning I went there and told them what was going on and they got me right in and taken care of without a problem! I love aspen dental!!! I would recommend them to anyone!
I love Aspen Dental they are so efficient. I am so happy with my teeth. They for me so good you don't know they're false. They fit so good and don't hurt at all.

Was very happy! My dentist, who was awesome, relocated to another city. I stayed with him but the 1-1/2 to 1-3/4 hour drive takes it toll. I was looking at finding a new dentist for myself and my family. Anyway, I damaged my crown so I decided to give Aspen a try. The day of my first appointment I ran into issues at work and was not going to be able to make my appointment, when I called them and explained what was happening and that I would need to reschedule for a different day they said they could move my appointment to s later time. Upon arrival everyone was friendly and I felt as if I had been an established patient. They were very thorough and detailed in the exam and explanation of treatment plan and cost. I am also appreciating that what would in most offices required 3-4 visits is going to only require 2 visits.
Ya know going to the dentist can be a nerve racking and scary venture but the staff and Techs at The Mt.Pleasant Aspen dental office really worked hard to make me feel at home and comfortable throughout my whole day there. Dr. Alifiya, her assistant Ashley H. and my lab Tech Jesse were all very kind and understanding of my needs and wants and worked as a team to make sure thats exactly what I got. I can't Thank them enough for my new smile and the way they made me feel at home in their office. I highly recommend this dentist office over any I have ever been in. So if ya need a dentist, do yourself a favor and go see The team at the Mt.Pleasant Aspen Dental office today. Smiles are on THEM!!!!!!!!!! Thanks a Million,
