I had a great experience at Dr. Young’s office. The staff was exceedingly warm and welcoming. Dr. Young was very kind, thorough and professional. He was patient with me and I felt that he genuinely cared about my concerns. He molded me a fantastic pair of orthotics that fit perfectly and have held up amazingly with daily use. Overall, I was highly impressed and would recommend him to anyone.
He's very rude. Didn't even tell my 85 year old grandma she was all set ready to go. She sat in the room for 15 minutes before someone came to tell her she could go home. Very poor customer service
Went to dr. Young a year back he was very rude, trying to get me out the door ASAP, gave me a shot in the foot with no worning, and when I said ouch he's like you would be screaming if I hit a tendend. Over all I will never be going back to him.
