Very positive experience with APCOM. We got quotes from a few companies for purchasing and installing our Generac full house stand-by generator. APCOM was the best price by a mile. From the owner, to the customer service person over the phone, to the technicians that performed the installation, the people at APCOM were always very courteous and professional. Working as both an electrician and EE during my career, I know what good electrical workmanship is and what shoddy work is. I also know what's to code and what's not. APCOM does very good work, and they do more than just "make it work". They pay attention to detail and their workmanship and do it right. Can't say that every guy that I've worked with or that has worked under me has done the same. APCOM, highly recommended by this guy.
We had a very professional experience getting our generator installed unfortunately when our county inspected they found issues. My husband has called Apcom. First his call wasn't returned. Then he was told weeks ago they would order a part and they call him back.Been weeks still waiting for them to correct the installation of our generator.
