Great place for furniture and service
U.s. Furniture Liquidators helped us with great customer service and getting a loan to purchase some furniture, it was great Furniture and service. we express to them that we wanted to get a loan and we pay it off within 60 days they helped us apply for and aquire the loan. After about 45 days we came in paid the furniture off in full paid with check as we told them we would. here's where it goes south a year later we find out they didn't pay the finance company. where the money went "who knows" upon contacting US furniture Liquidators about this they refused to offer any help and the owner himself says that we didn't pay him when we personally handed hom the check l. now we're in a fight with the finance company and the credit bureaus to prove that we made payment on this count and it is in fact not in default but the company absorbed the money without paying them. I feel sorry for anyone who gets put in a position like this that did not pay with a check because they would have absolutely no proof to clear themselves.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! I recently bought a recliner from this store (dec 2016) that I thought was real leather. Not even a year later (aug 2017) the "leather" recliner now has a crack on the head rest area. My husband (who is bald) is the only person that sits in this recliner. When I called to ask about the warranty, the man on the phone was extremely rude and not at all helpful. So I decided to go into the store and talk in person with the manager. The moment he approached me he was also extremely rude and aggressive. I am a 77 year old women battling cancer and I just wanted him to help me with my warranty on my furniture that I paid $1355. The manager of this store was unwilling to help me with the factory warranty because he claims the crack came from my husbands "skin oil". Please do not ever shop at this store. They are rude, arrogant, intimidating and not in the slightest bit helpful. Why work in customer service and have an attitude as so?
