I like their End Caps - good sales price deals. Other sales can be found thru out the store. I purchased all my windows from Menards
I live a distance away from the nearest Menards but I wanted to buy an advertised item. I was able to reach the proper department quickly, and negotiated the sale and delivery of my item (it was very heavy and I would have needed a commercial truck to transport my item). Delivery was promised for the next day and it arrived as promised. The delivery personnel were extremely helpful in making suggestions regarding assembly location. They were very informed regarding local permit regulations which I really appreciated. An A+++ experience.
We bought a stove and microwave from the Mt. Pleasant store. When we bought it the sales person said they would install both and take the old away. When they delivered it the man said the only way he could put it in is if all the old stuff was removed. A little detail the sales person forgot to mention. We sent the microwave back for a refund. Well quite a few months later still no refund. Contacted the company and was told to contact the store we did. Guess what still no refund! Should we start charging interest? If I owed them money they would take me to court. Will never shop at the Mt. Pleasant Menards again! They keep your money even when you don't have the product!
Good variety of products, but if you need help, forget it. Unknowlegable staff for the most part. Best off asking a knowlegable customer for help.
Good store unless you need to get loaded by a forklift. Then you sit why empty forklifts pass you.. been sitting here for 45 min and even contacted the store and yet no results
