Rarely any wait time. friendly staff and Dr. McConnon is excellent. I recommend this office to anyone.
Doctor McConnon is great, his nurse is great! Support staff, especially front reception is terrible. It's the classic, we don't care about you. No smiles, rude, and unfriendly. I waited 7 months for an appointment. They leave you with no choice. they are better suited for an office job that is not customer facing.
I think visiting the doctor's office with your children should be a pleasant experience. While the pediatrician seems amiable enough and listens thoroughly to my concerns, the other clinical staff would be better suited in an office not centered around children. Poor interaction quality, reserved, no smiles, and generally unfriendly. Are the people employed here given any training on how to behave toward the pedes they're supposed to partner with and help to feel comfortable? I wish they had a better understanding of patient-centered care and customer service.
Great doctors and nurses. They actually listen you and treat you like a person! However, if you're a new patient, be prepared to wait 3+ months to be seen.
