Horrible horrible customer service! Upon the end of a $1,000 6 month policy for pl PD they hung up the phone on me not once but 3 times. Because I was 30 minutes late in my last payment that was due on a Sunday! They aren't open Sundays!! Then told me they didn't need to be courteous to because they weren't making any money off me anyways. Really should be zero stars but that's not an option.
