Received a ring as a gift and it is stunning! Called to have it resized and they said it would be three days. I brought it in and the jeweler remembered my boyfriend buying it and told me how nice he was. They called me two hours later to tell me it was all done. Great customer service and very personal!
If i could give them a zero I would. I will never ever go into this store again.They are the rudest, most disrespectful people I have ever met. They had the audacity to tell me that my necklace wasn’t worth their time. All i wanted was for them to see if they could fix it after my son broke it. I will ensure that many hear this story and hopefully no one will have to go through the worst customer service in Mount Pleasant, Mi.
