I went to Miller's on Wednesday with a few coats and a dress they needed to be cleaned. They originally gave me Monday for a pick up date but I needed one item by Saturday, they had no issue getting it done sooner for Saturday pick up. I went in to pick them up today and items were in excellent condition. I definitely will be going back.
I had a great experience, and will definitely use them in the future. I do not understand why it is such a big deal that they cant quote you a price over the phone. It is going to be different for each individual item.
Millers are awesome. Very good, nice and fast. Price is good and they are helpful. Yes, the gentleman has limited english skills; however, it does not mar the quality of the job or expertise in their service. Will continue to use them in the future.
I have a large rug I need cleaned. I don't want to drag it around town. The woman on the phone wouldn't even give me a ball park figure. I told her the size and the construction. She repeatedly told me just to bring it in. I just wanted an estimate. I never have anything dry cleaned and have NO idea what this will cost. Ugh.
