  Please beware of doing business with Atty James Fox of Mount Pleasant, MI. His unforgivable actions proved to be very unprofessional, cruel, loud and an all around angry person. His selective memory, defensive anger and attempt at intimidation were all so telling of his wrong doings. Mr Foxy admitted he never once talked with my father or saw his condition while my father fought then died from bone cancer. Just days before my father's death, Foxy and a person, not a family member, produced a Will not designed by my father; then, the outsider had 2 unknown hospital staff witnessed the signing. I know the outsider made the Will up as it has exact wording and miss spellings as other papers I received as the representative for the estate from this outsider. The outsider made themselves an equal beneficiary in the Will.. My father also suffered from physical and mental disabilities prior to the cancer. It is my opinion these two people took advantage of my dying father and robbed his children of their inheritance. My father made his wishes plain to me a few years prior, and this was not it. All of this was done without his two daughters knowledge. After my father's death, Mr Fox contacted me (daughter) to be the representative for the estate because my father's brother, whom was so upset by this Will, refused to be the representative as designated in the Will. Of course I wanted to try to fight this, but we just didn't have the funds to do this, and it was my father's signature on the Will. So, I employed a different atty and moved on. I can only pray Karma will take care of both them; and, if there is any real justice, extend thru many generations of their loved ones also.
