We resevered a room and asked to pay for an early check in, given the Michigan game started at 3:30 and check in was at 4. We got her to check in at 3p and are still waiting. Drove over to our room that the front desk said she was cleaning and the housekeeper seemed to be on a break.
Will never stay here again,this place is old,outdated,smells like smoke and also kinda moldy smelling also.
Couldn't sleep because of the smell and the yapping Dog next Door!
The green sweet are a very nice place to stay it's homie and cheep for the size of the place.
Good job housekeeper Michelle, my husband has missed kick off (a world ending disaster in his mind) and I get to hear about it for the rest if the day.
Front desk is unhelpful, did not recommend or offer switching rooms... Did not offer an apology for the fact that we requested an early check in..that we would PAY FOR!

We stayed here on Friday, on Dec 08,2017. We were in room 40. Couldn't even find the place with the bad directions given by the front desk at the waterpark. I had asked if these rooms were updated and they said yes by the reservation guy. After they took my credit card he said they will be updated in 2018. Had to ask a shuttle driver how to find this place after 15 minutes of looking. Very dark area. Lights were out where we had to park. Toilet dirty. Stained carpet. Light not working in room. Not worth the 100.00 we paid. Look for a better room people don't waste your money. A guy in room 26 came out from dark area and asked for a light. Good thing I had someone with me.
