My pizza was completely burnt like black char and everything. That happened to both our gluten free pizza and pan pizza. We typically don't eat Papa John's, but tried it for BOGO needless to say I am happy I only had to pay for one pizza

Was doing a surprise and asked one thing that the pizza man did NOT say my name in it. To ensure this I even paid my tip beforehand. To my sadness, the pizza man said my name and ruined a complete surprise. Not to mention when I called they said all they could do was "talk" to the guy. Didn't know papa johns was not into customer service. Very upset he got the real tip too because if I had know I probably wouldn't have even ordered. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE SPECIFIC DIRECTIONS. I'm sure the 5 other pizza places around could've figured something out.
Great staff , is it weird I love the garlic Parmesan breadsticks more than anything ! So good!! Check online for coupon codes, typically can get great deals this way.
When I called in and asked if they had boneless pizza they were confused. Really hope that they can add this to their arsenal and they can fix this problem. I am upset that they dint have it an now my family cannot eat their pizza. This is really concerning due to the fact that bone cuts to the mouth can cause serious disease and pain.
