Great living area for 4 girls in a 4 bedroom 2 bath. University Meadows was my first apartment by myself and I was not disappointed. You definitely get what you pay for with all of the awesome amenities it provides the residents. I'll definitely be spending most of my time at the sand volleyball court!
U-Meadows has been a great place to live! The community is great, and the apartments are really nice, I only wish that there was a bit more lighting in the living room!
DO NOT LIVE HERE!! Apartments are horrible. For the size of the apartment it is not worth the price, not even a little bit. No insulation and terrible bug problem (if you live on the first floor). Called multiple times about bugs and never did a employee come to my apartment to check the issue or to call the exterminator. Pool seems like a wonderful plus to living here until hot days come along and everyone in town are at the pool over crowding the deck. Employees try to keep non-residence out but fail miserable. Water in the bathrooms smell awful. It smelled and tasted like sewer water was coming out, called multiple times about this as well and got nothing. Walls and ceiling is paper thin. We could hear what the people living above us were saying loud and clear sitting in the bedrooms. I couldn't move out of there enough. Was a horrible experience and will never recommend someone to live there.

Been here little over 4 months and have not had a good experience yet. We were shown a really nice place to start and when we moved in it was trash. The garbage disposal had a rag shoved down it and our dryer dosemt work properly. Also our freezer's ice maker is broken and when we called about it the team came over looked at it, flipped a little on off switch a couple times and left. We had to buy ice trays. The staff has been nice but unwilling to work with most of my problems. Internet is the worst. They only offer Wi-Fi so if you have a desktop PC forget about using it and gaming consoles have a hard time staying connected to it. All in all I wouldn't recommend living here. It's not at all worth it.
