CMU is a a great place to study, I enjoyed the everything there.
I never regret attending CMU. As an international student, college life in CMU trained me a lot. Though in China, CMU is seen as diploma mill due to its low national ranking. However, Chinese students who live in big cities like Boston will never experience such kind of life. I am really glad that I spent my three years and half here. That is a long meaningful time to me in my life.
Great place to go to college, they could be better about communication between different administration's as well as being more focused on their students progress. I would go back if I could.
Campus isn't bad, instructors are hit or miss, but the scarcity of power outlets to charge a phone or laptop is just frustrating, especially when I have classes all day, almost back-to-back , and need to use my laptop in each class. This is especially the case in DOW where there are plenty of chairs, but hardly any wall outlets nearby. I know some of the buildings are old, but they need to catch up with the times.
Got my MSA degree at CMU. Convenient and worthwhile.
