Ordered a frozen teddy bear, received a frozen latte, so it had no flavor. Very disappointed with the visit.

I used to like coming here, and I still like going to the other biggby in town, but something happened! I don't know what. I don't know why. But no matter what I order from here, it's AWFUL. It's like they're forgetting the espresso in the specialty drinks, they just taste like hot milk and the color is off.
