I walk to work and my family has one vehicle that is used mainly for transporting kids to school. I have to travel for work occasionally and don't want to maintain an extra car just for this purpose. This service allows me to get away with it for just a bit less than the mileage reimbursement that I receive. The branch in Mt Pleasant has always been good to me and accounts for 95% of my rentals. Courtney worked with me to get out earlier than their start time when I was in a big hurry and they have made picking up and dropping off the vehicles painless.
My uncle wanted to rent a vehicle and the guy who helped us out was in a word outstanding. We got his business card and his name is Andrew. We listened to him help the customers before us and he just sounded super sweet. He was great to both my uncle and I and definitely a great representation of enterprise. Thank you!

Had noon appointment only to get dropped off and find they closed at noon. Stranded and they are not open Until after Christmas...3 days... Nice 5 mile walk home in 30 degree temp. Totally screwed me... What corporate entity prides itself on being the company that picks you up...but then has a website making appointments for times in which they are closed?
My rental car experience was by far the best ever. All aspects from booking my reservation (then having to change it) with Courtney to the excellent customer service I received from Andrew as I checked in. Pleasant and courteous aren't strong enough words to describe these two people. When returning the car I was greeted with smiles and "double good mornings" from Andrew and Courtney. Thank you and I look forward to booking with you next time.
Advice to renters: Be careful when you sign or initial the contract. You don't want to buy expensive insurance you don't need if covered by your auto insurance.
