I showed up to pick up my rental car and learned that I couldn't pick it up, due to the card used to pay was no longer active or available to use. The staff gave me a number to call to get it all taken care of and was very friendly and helpful with the whole process. They made sure that I was able to still have the same rate as the original and they were very patient with my mix up. I will definitely rent from them again.
I ordered my rental car online and they sent me a receipt of what I would have to pay at pick-up. When I went to pick up my car, she charged me an additional $200 fee that I would get back after I returned the car. However, I was not prepared for that payment because it said nothing about it on the website, so I didn't have enough room on my credit card for it. She also kept putting me in the wrong age group, so it kept overcharging me for the age differential fee. She was very rude and a man (I believe was the mechanic) threatened to call a tow truck to move my car. There were no signs that said where to park and I didn't think getting the rental would take an hour. When I returned the car, I did it on a Sunday and returning the keys on Monday at 8:00am, the time we said we would have the car returned. At 7:45am on Monday, I received a rude voicemail from the lady that gave us the rental. Her card stated that she was the branch manager, and her name was Yolanda Means. She was not professional and I wish I knew the mechanic's name because he was even worse. Do not rent a car from here! There's a hidden fee of $200 and the service was terrible!
They even dont know what cars are in good condition before giving it to customers. Had a bad experience
