The finish carpenters did a good job and involved us with any questions or issues. I will have them come the next time we have a remodel project.
We have hired Greenwald & BC for several projects because they not only do excellent work, but they are dependable, courteous and highly professional. We trust them so much that we don't even ask them for a cost estimate prior to the job anymore. We are very satisfied with their work and fair prices and can highly recommend them.
Greenwald & BC did a great job on our kitchen remodel. They were here a little later than expected but there was also a flood in a nearby town that caused the delay. I understand that completely.
Greenwald BC Home Builders replaced by roof the summer of 2017. They did an excellent job. I didn't know what they would find under the old shingles and I didn't have to worry, they took care of everything. The crew was super and very professional. Would I use them again, YES.
We live in Isabella County, Michigan. After the construction of our new home was completed we had an issue develop in our ceiling. Greenwald &BC Inc's owner,Colin , took the bull by the horns and went out of his way to correct the problems. Colin came out looked over the situation called in the truss manufacturer and those involved with the ceiling parts, discussed methods to resolve the issues. He sent his men out who got to work on it and did a job any contractor would be proud to put their name on. And we are very satisfied with the work they did. I think a lessor contractor would have just made excuses, but when you get to know Colin , you know he stands behind his work, his word and his company.
We are in the process of updating the house with new roof, siding and windows. I have been impressed from the first contact. They came in with great ideas, then a very reasonable proposal. The guys on the crews have been extremely courteous and professional. The project has been well planned with minimal impact to us. So far they have exceeded my expectations! I will update this review when it is completed.
