I experienced almost no issue streaming Netflix or Hulu from a PS4 but almost all other devices did not seem to work well for some reason. If you are a college student looking for a new place to live the rent is not terrible, the office staff was always friendly and willing to help if I had a complaint but this is not ideal for students who need working WiFi for classes. Claims to provide Internet in lease, then gives slower-than-dial up speeds. Dishwasher doesn't actually clean dishes even after being replaced. Does not respond to complains. Will not rent from again.
We lived in an Olivieri apartment for a little over two years, in a family oriented building off campus. The last few months a new tenant moved in down the hall and was continuously disruptive in the middle of the night and the entire building would smell like marijuana. The smell was so bad that after we would open our apartment door, OUR entire apartment would smell like it also. We have two small children and my wife if pregnant. We called multiple times and complained. We even called the maintenance man after hours about the smell. The neighbors said they also complained. Collectively what we found out from Olivieri was that the girl who was occupying the apartment was the granddaughter of the lease holder and we were told to call central dispatch if we felt there was an issue but there was nothing they could/would do. Three of us moved out quickly this spring after realizing they would not take care of the issue. I've called after moving out to try to sort out some bookkeeping and they stopped taking any calls from my cell phone- I had to use an office phone to get anyone to answer. I would never recommend this management company to anyone. You're on your own with any problems.
Only thing that really bugs me is that cable and WiFi are a mandatory part of the rent, which would be fine if: 1) I had a TV, and 2) if the Internet wasn't always cutting out every few days (this has been happening for all 4 months I've lived here).
I live at the E. Gaylord complex, the apartments were nice for the price, however, like many other reviews the Internet is almost unbearable. Throughout the year the Internet was almost to slow to send email or not even working. Bedrooms were pretty much dead zones for laptops and phones. It became very annoying to come home from class/work all day to no WiFi and having to leave to go back to campus.
WiFi is unbearable to deal with. Office is a half hour walk away from where you actually stay. Dishwasher is outdated and doesn't clean dishes well. One of the clothes washers in the building doesn't work and no one has yet to fix it.
Clean on the inside, maintenance takes care of everything outside in an appropriate amount of time. Neighbors can be heard through the walls every once in a while, but that comes standard with any apartment complex.
