Its the best experience of my day! I get to workout and relax. My favorite part is going for a friendly hi as well as leaving with a good bye and friendly pat on the back. Like i did a great job. If i had a choose a planet it would defiantly be PLANET FITNESS.
This is my favorite planet fitness. The variety of equipment is super nice and the staff members are SO friendly. Today my bluetooth headphones died on me (20 minutes into my workout) and they loaned me a charger. Lifesaver!!
The gym is nice and the black card membership has done nice perks. Don't bother with the personal trainer at this location. She's not any more helpful than watching some YouTube videos
Great atmosphere. Everyone is super helpful and polite. I like that there is no shaming allowed, and they cater to the average person of average fitness instead of body builders.
I signed a year contract and when the year was done, I assumed my membership was done. I was wrong. When I signed my contract I was not informed I had to go in at the end of the contract and fill out papers to stop my membership. Instead I was charged another 39.00 for another year. When I called I was told that it was automatically charged every year and I would have to come sign papers before the 10th or I would be charged another 20 for a month fee. I feel this is something that should be disclosed before you join it was not to me. So I wanted others to be aware.
