Friendly, helpful staff. Reasonable prices, great variety of fish, birds, Guinea pigs, hamsters, mice, bunnies, chinchillas, snakes, lizards, ect. Sometimes have specialty animals such as mini pigs, kittens ect. I like the fact that they help HATS by adopting out kittens there to help our local shelter from overcrowding. Love being able to take my dog shopping here with me.
I bought 3 new fish to add to the fish I have had for quite a while. The new fish gave my 10 African Cichlids Ich and all were dead within a week. Very unhappy! I probably won't be back!
Gotten many pets from here, staff is always helpful and polite. Some pets could be handled more often so they are more friendly. But this is my go to store for anything pet related!
This is a great store. The staff are always helpful and friendly. The prices are very reasonable. All of the animals appear to be treated well. My cat really loves the homemade catnip pillows!
