I just want to say "Thank You" to Nancy Coon for assisting with my recent home purchase in Mt. Pleasant. Though Nancy was a fairly new realtor with Coldwell Banker Mt Pleasant Realty she was very helpful. When something came up that she was not familiar with she found the answer very quickly. I enjoyed working with Nancy very much and appreciate her time and assistance in finding a home to fit our needs.

Terrible customer service and even worse realtor in Deb Morris. After I refused to lower the price of my home below market value they completely gave up on trying to sell my house. Even worse they refused to let me out of the year contract. They only showed the house twice and both times my realtor Deb passed the duty on to someone else. After complaining that they weren't showing the house enough and doing enough open houses I was told by John the owner that open houses were pointless anyway. Needless to say I will never recommend this company or realtor to anyone and I suggest selling your home yourself as you will get better results.
