Owner Randy Golden, shows no respect to his client. I listed a large amount of acreage with the Re Max owner, Randy Golden. Being that I live out of state I was repeatedly reasurred by Randy that I would be kept informed and in contact with him. Don't be fooled by what he says prior to signing with him. In my experence, he is rude and doesnt follow thru on his word. Totally different attitude before and after signing. After signing with him he would not return my phone calls or emails. After a month he finally called with an offer (which was my bottom line I suspect Randy of giving to the buyer because Randy advised against a counter offer saying he got the buyer up to that amount) When asked why no response to my messages he stated "I don't have an excuse". Then again, while considering the offer and needing more information regarding the conditions, my messages went unanswered for 3 days. I text him (message was received), I emailed him, called both office (left measage) and cell (mailbox full). Totally disrespectful and rude for no apparent reason.
If you're looking to find your new house this is the place to go very nice people..We went there and Pam did a great job finding our home
Don't use this realtor/broker!!! My wife and I were treated very badly by broker/owner Randy Golden. When we had a disagreement he pulled our properties off of his website and stopped marketing them but refused to cancel the contract. He gives us no reason other than, "I’m not interest in canceling the contract." He definitely works only for his own interests and not his clients.
I would highly NOT recommend Randy Golden for your next realtor.
