I love going to Dick's Sporting Goods because it has the widest variety of products and the employees are very helpful.

Company to cheap to purchase liability insurance so customers can't try their products before purchase. Management handled the issue very poorly and tried to make excuses for the company's small pockets. Quote..."It's company policy not because we don't have insurance ". No you just don't have the right insurance. Who wants to buy a treadmill and return it because they were unsatisfied. The company suggest that's how we try their products offered. Sad we as consumers have to deal with poor quality service!
This location is not for Blacks, "minorities", or people with Melanin skin. They profile you all throughout the store and on surveillance. I was in the stor for approximately 10 mins when and could not take anymore tension of being followed as I went to purchase a winter coat. A middle aged, wrinkled face, blonde, caucasian lady walked my 6 the whole time I shopped. While talking on her ear piece. I left the store and will never shop at Dick's Sporting Goods ever again because of this disgusting behavior.
