Good assortment for girls but limited for boys
We have come ourselves or brought the girls to this same store many times and never had this type of poor service. We waited a long time in line because she was simply talking to someone else about something not shoe related. When she finally turned her attention to us my daughter tried to ask her about coupons but she was yet again rude, disrespectful, and unhelpful. We gave her the 5 or 6 selections we had made and instead went to Kohl's for our shoe purchases. I am not sure if I would ever shop there again.
The sales clerk when we were there around noon on August 24 was one of the rudest and most unhelpful my daughter and I have ever encountered anywhere.
Everyone is always friendly and willing to help
For example, my young granddaughters had been trying on multiple styles and sizes of shoes and as I was trying to pick up the mess to ensure that no one tripped over it, pack the shoes back in their boxes (I knew which went where for each), and re-shelve them, she came by and quite SNOOTILY told me not to bother because she would just have to redo them all anyway.
Great girls helping out
I usually have fantastic service but this last time the employee was very unprofessional and unhelpful I took my money elsewhere despite finding things I wanted to purchase.
She was not helpful at all with any questions we had and she spent a lot of time loudly telling a CUSTOMER about how she wanted to have more vacation days! She seemed reluctant to help us with anything.
