It’s great if you’re hanging with friends and want to waste time (and a little bit of money), but if you are seriously looking to shop for a family on a budget..........don’t shop here. GOODWILL in midland and Saginaw are bette and they have tag sales!! Heck, even Walmart across the street had clothes on clearance CHEAPER than what goodwill was charging!
Mt. Pleasant Goodwill has some of the best stuff! They have very good prices and a rewards program. I shop here all the time and never leave empty handed.
A newer store. Very clean and organized. Decent size with plenty to choose from.
The pros: excellent staff and clean, modern set up- looks more like a department store than a stereotypical thrift/ second-hand shop.
The cons: not exactly forgiving on the prices and it looks like they don’t do deals. Of course, I have to admit that I’m more on the frugal/cheap side. For an area with college students, it’s a bit more on the frivolous spending side more so than actually getting more bang for your buck.
