Very unprofessional!! Talking about staff when customers are in the lobby. They also have no parking because the parking lot is filled with car's that are not fixed obviously. Office is also filthy!
Not impressed. They fixed the issue just fine, but also began repairs on a non-related issue - that I DID NOT authorize. Fortunately, I caught it in time before they did the extra [unnecessary] repair. This was after I called to check on the progress after not hearing back from them.
