Totally like the service representatives and the work they have done on my past vehicle as well as my present Equinox when needed at Metro 25 and refer them all the time
Not going back there again, i had alternator and radiator needed to be replaced, they replaced it, but when i went back to get it, locking system was not working in the car, meter said no fuse, so i went back in the office, i said i never saw this when i dropped my car. receptionist called technician i explained it to him, and i said would you please have a look at it, he said i have other cars and walked away. receptionist said it was already there when i dropped my car, wow, and he said i have to pay to look at it. staff is rude, not going back again. this was my second time. not going anymore, i am so disappointed, now i have show my car somewhere else or i have to fix it myself. Thank you for really good service.
