These guys are awesome! Went to them on short notice about a flat tire, they checked it out on the spot, replaced my valve stem free of charge! I have went to them for other things as well and they always do a great job. Friendly staff as well! Highly recommend.
Jim, the manager does an outstanding job with managing Tuffy! He is very friendly and helped explain why and what should get taken care of on my vehicle! The student discount is awesome and Jim was able to get my tie rod and ball joint fixed within 48 hours. There was a list of 4 things that needed to be fixed on my vehicle that totaled over $500, I asked Jim what would be priority to fix and could keep me on the road for the next 5 months (2/5 issues). He was very helpful and took time explaining to me what was important for me to get fixed. Highly recommend!
Very helpful and reasonable staff and location, always out to make sure every customer has the best deal possible and to be certain are vehicles are running properly/safely. This is the best shop in town and within at least a 75 mile radius, guaranteed. I REFUSE TO TRUST ANY OTHER SHOP!!
Perfect service. Our car broke down on Broadway and Tuffy Mt Pleasant was the best service we could have wished for. Jim and Jeff were extremely competent and professional, and super-nice: They drove us back to the hotel with the kids and were overall just super-helpful. I highly recommend this service.
I have had so many issues with my vehicle, and they have always been extremely helpful. They explain the problems your vehicle is having, and even show you if needed. Tuffy definitely goes above and beyond to help their customers!! I've been in probably 5 times the past 4 months, and each time I've been helped with utmost respect!
