Very good steak cooked to perfection. Peanuts and rolls are good as well. Wait staff was very friendly. Everyone wears jeans and line dances maybe once an hour. I hate country music so this was the thing I didn't care for. Yet, it goes with the theme of the restaurant so I can't take any stars away. Add mushrooms to your steak you won't be disappointed.
We used to love lone star......was 5 star.....been here waiting well over an hour now waiting for a burger and a steak.... not happy customer... never told in advance by waitress that there was an issue...and watched people who ordered 20 after us get their food before us...
The place was not busy. We were seated promptly and drink orders placed immediately. Our table was sticky, it took 15 minutes to bring ONE of two drinks, another five die the second drink (because they had to switch over the syrup) and it was extremely light in color and had no flavor as someone didn't bleed the line first. They offered us rolls, we accepted. They brought out two of the tiniest rolls I've ever seen, but they were piping hot. After waiting for 57 minutes, our good finally came out. His was all hot. Mine was barely warm. We both had the broccoli casserole, mine wasn't even warm and his was at least edible. Within 9 minutes my meal was completely cold. He paid and left her a tip because not tipping is not our style. Two tables that came in after us, one a five top, were served before us. A table of 8 next to us said they had been there for two hours because it took over an hour to actually get their food. We meant to go to Texas Steakhouse but went here instead by accident.... McDonald's would have been better!! The two stars were for prompt seating and a friendly server... although she wasn't around much at least she wasn't rude. As I told the manager, my first time there and never again, completely dissatisfied with the service of the delivery of our food.
The place was beat up. Not many customers and we could see why. The food was just ok and overpriced. Far inferior to Texas Roadhouse. A total disappointment.
Like this place much better than the Texas Roadhouse. Prices are comparable and the serve was great.
