We purchased a used F-150 from them 30 days ago. My husband noticed that the power steering fluid was leaking and took it in to be serviced at a well known Ford dealer with good ratings in our area. He had purchased the extended warranty for $2500 from Auto Group Leasing (bumper to bumper warranty) so we assumed that the work would be covered. The dealership gave us a list of everything wrong with the car (power steering hoses, transmission lines, transmission air conditioning condenser, both front hub assemblies, front end bushings and ball joints, front manifold, and the rocker arms) and stated that it should not have even been sold in this condition. When we contacted Auto Group Leasing about having to pay for the out of pocket costs for this work they said that the dealership was charging too much and they would not do anything to help us out. So 30 days in and we had to come up with $1800 (including the car rental fees that are supposed to be covered by this warranty) to get the truck in reliable shape. The total cost of the work was about $4600. They are not good about returning phone calls or living up to their promises. There is a missing radio knob on the truck and the salesman had promised my husband he would replace that. We still have not gotten the knob. In general they seem like a great place with nice people, but as soon as there is an issue they become unprofessional and unreliable. The service manager at the dealership told us that they had called him and harassed him about the cost of the work. I don't believe that is a good way to build a working relationship. Overall, I would not recommend this dealership.
I found out about your dealership through car fax. My interactions with Jay Button and the rest of the staff were professional and first rate. I did not feel pressured to by and all negotiations were fair and balanced. A repair to the vehicle I purchased was done exceptionally well and in an expeditious manner. I hope I enjoy my purchased vehicle and I will make sure to refer others to your business establishment.
We are pleased about how fast the process of buying a vehicle was. They also worked with us to get the price and financing where we wanted it. We will definitely keep the Auto Group in mind for future purchases.

The finance manager is a truly wonderful woman as well. I would recommend anyone and everyone to come here if you're looking to buy a vehicle with amazing quality that is truly affordable.
