Just bought my Grand Cherokee there and Matt was a great salesman to deal with. The sales team was very helpful and kind and worked with me on the "hang ups" that I had during the deal. The service after the sale was also top notch.
The service contracts they offer are not Chrysler contracts they are service contracts offered by them. I did not realize that when I purchased my service contract. You pay full price for the service contract when you purchase your new vehicle. The contracts are much more costly for less coverage then the Chrysler contracts and when you get rid of your car and they owe you back some money , good luck. Due to problems my new vehicle had from the day I took it off the lot the manufacturer bought the vehicle back at full price after 10 months of ownership. This dealership however planned to keep quite a chunk of the money from service contract on the vehicle and even the amount they said they would give me back has not been sent to me. Buyer beware!!
Recently purchased by an auto group in muskegon. Since the new owner purchased the dealership things have greatly improved. Great amenities and facilities with nice staff.
