Love this place. God a great deal on a new to me van. And they do this ladies day that makes vehicle maintenance affordable to me. They are good to customers.
Got a sale sweepstakes flyer in the mail I read all the fine print first and ended up winning $500. Before going in I called them and asked what the catch was and they said "Match scratch off number with prize and bring in flyer and collect the prize." When I went in to collect the prize they gave me some bs story about how I didn't win the $500 and instead won a $5 gift card to meijer, which buy the way wasn't even one of their prizes. Guess fine print means nothing to these people.
I had an unfortunate accident in May 2017. They towed my truck to Graff Chevy body shop in Mt. Pleasant. I took my truck back today. They did a excellent job on my truck. I am very happy with the service beginning to end. Not 5 stars but 10 stars. Thanks to Terry, shop manager, and the rest of the staff who worked on this truck. Excellent Service!!!!
I bought a truck there a few weeks ago. Blake was awesome. I was very satisfied with the service I received.
That in combination with their oil change stickers quoting only $25 for an alignment yet they charge more than DOUBLE that AND receiving bullcrap spam mail from them claiming we won some prize when we really won NOTHING. Yeah, I'm appalled at how this place runs it's business. We won't be going back.
Cut to a week later, I take my truck in to a different mechanic shop. Not only did they quote $200 less just for the differential cover. The U-joints WERE PERFECTLY FINE. Signed estimate from Graff said rear was definitely bad, front may be bad. Signed BILL from the other place said it was fine and they don't understand why Graff said it was bad. Come up with your own conclusions, but I know why they did it.
Went in for an oil change. Got the free inspection. Inspection said I needed a new rear differential cover (kinda obvious as the old one was rusted through and leaking) and my back U-joint was bad. Quoted nearly $700 to fix both, even higher if the front U-joint needed replacing.
