We leased a new 2016 gmc Sierra Slt truck here and have had the same issue of truck missing, hesitating running terrible at times . Truck has been into there service department 3 times for same issue with no resolve and the truck came back the last time with 2 dings in door and 300 more miles with a total of almost 800 miles total to diagnose problem. They have acknowledged a problem 2 times and another dealer acknowledged a problem 1 time. We asked Graff and gmc to work with us to get us into another comparable truck .Graff managment ,Graff service manager and gm district manager whoever he or she is they won't let me talk to this person! decided we don't qualify for assistance to get us into another vehicle . Whatever that means! I've been a gm guy my whole life and my family has been too . And my father and grandfather have worked for gm. We are not the type of people to right comments or reviews or complain about things. But when you buy or lease a $ 50,000 + vehicle I would think you should expect it to run right all the time. We will probably have to search for legal help . Graff or gmc will not even return our calls . I hope nobody else will have to deal with these problems. Or works with a dealer or car company that stands behind their vehicles!
