Elevator is scary!
I C A has consistently refused to "perfrom better" with regards to I-RIDE. They don't have in place a reasonable expectation of outcomes with regard to their service. They refuse to honor estimated times of arrival. Lately, I insist that dispatch TELL ME WHEN they can reasonably expect to pick me up. They insist that everyone calling has to be picked up immediately - which creates deep lags in customer waiting time. I don't expect them to get me within 30 minutes of my placing a call, yet, they expect me to expect it - and head out for a pick up. In most cases, they can't deliver because they've already promised half-a-dozen or more people the same. I AM EMBARRASSED TO BE SEEN WAITING FOR THE BUS.
