Never get things right, they think your money is coming out of there wallet. Very rude people in this office. The one named Vicky is the worst, if you get her as a worker good luck!!!!!
I am a professional guardian and conservator for vulnerable adults. Every time I come to this office they tell me that I need to go to my jurisdiction which is in Grand Rapids. This office is actually closer to my residence. Seeings how this is a federal entity I don't see why it would make a difference, but regardless, they are very rude and short tempered with me. It's like they are annoyed that they have to work.
2/2/7/2017...Horrible...long menu, fast-talking guy, after 7 minutes and no human voice, finally recorded voice says "All lines are busy so call back another time"! I only wanted to replace my Social Security card. No idea when I'll try again.
I reopened my SSDA back in May and the lady never did the paperwork or never filed it I sat there for 40 minutes with them and signed everything... To come to July and never got payment cause they never filed and so I went back there and redid it again cause the lady that waited on me this time said she could see I reviled but her cowoker never processed it... So if u don't need to go to this office don't ....
Staff is rude, they act like they don't want to be there. Turned in a paper for my son and the caseworker never received it. And when I went in to turn in paperwork with my kids and had them sit down while I walked to the window I was told by the security officer they had to come up with me. Like them sitting right behind me was a problem.
