Been here for 2 years. Not worth the headache. Will call parents for new lease signings and payments that are close to being due. Roommate never paid last electric and they bounced all three payments to the other roommates on the lease 6 months after the previous lease ended.
Don't fall for their signing bonuses and other fancy things. I recommend staying away.
I think that there is a reason why the review for this trash business gives them close to a 2 star, which is generous. Don't let the price fool you when attempting to sign a lease. The management staff is probably the worst I have ever seen when it comes to meeting the needs of the tenant. They wait about a week to come fix things that require immediate attention. Worst of all is that they require your guest to go to the office in order to get a parking pass if they park just for one night....and this expectation is still held when the office is closed, makes sense I know. I caught management trying to put a sticker on my car (and used the straight blade I leave in my car on purpose for this occassion), and was able to peel it off in seconds, and I handed it right back to them. We don't vandalize your property, so DON'T vandalize ours!
I've been living in my United apartment for 3 years now. I have not had any problems.The staff is very friendly, and maintenance is very respectful and always fixes things in a timely fashion.
The staff is amazing and respectful of their tenates. When it's needed maintenance is on scene in a reasonableamount of time.
Poor to fair would be an understatement. United Apartments is horrible. Everything about it is terrible. The staff is extremely rude, power hungry and money hungry. They will do everything they can to get your money. They also will come into your apartments when they know that you are gone, for example on breaks from school & snoop through your things, going through your drawers & taking pictues. They do not allow you to have guests stay the night, if you are caught they accuse you of having illegal tenants. Lawyers know the landlord by name because of how many times she has tried to scam people by doing this. Bottom line, don't stay here.
