Haven't been there yet, but I plan on going soon. I need a bed but I hope it's a new mattress and not used as I've heard it's illegal To re-sell a mattress that someone else has slept on...I will are when the day comes. Has anyone else heard this as well?? If they have and know for sure that Aarons leases used mattresses let me know & I won't go there. Thank you.
Best place to rent from if you can't afford to pay full price at the time. You do pay more with interest, but worth the cost and option to buy outright within certain amount of days. If cash is tight, they work.
I moved in with my husband over six months ago. He had been paying on our furniture for over two years. We own only two pieces of funiture from which we bought from here. I am highly dipleased as everything here is over priced. One thing though that has me super triggered is that we sent in our furniture to be fixed right before we paid it off and they finally sent it back to us after about a month, but our chair wasn't even fully fixed. The upholstery is still messed up and so is our cushion. If I wanted a broken chair and no money left after buying it, I would have looked on Craigslist. Now I am here with a still messed up chair and not very pleased with this company. I will be calling them on Monday and asking to speak to the manager and if this isn't resolved they will have a very unhappy pregnant woman to deal with until my chair is fully fixed and I have my money's worth.
