Lara Helka added services to my account without my consent on 2 occasions. The home phone connect and a tablet. She canceled the hpc after she got credit for the sale, but kept the tablet bc she had no more lines available on her own plans. I paid for the tablet for two years, bc i couldnt cancel it without either pressing charges or paying early termination. This is scary that she is willing to do this to people.
Brandon is the man. If you have any problems he can fix them all. Great customer service. Caden is very cool as well. Both great helpers
