Game Traders has good stuff. People often forget that it is a TRADING store with USED items. So its not there fault that they are low on something. Great customer service. Cant imagine any of them being rude
Disappointed i was told a series i asked the price of d/t no price sticker on the case was looked up (3 of 4 discs included) and that i was lucky because the 2 series together was $54 new. $25 used and their store price was $20. I did not purchase the series. I later looked up item online and exact item was $11.something brand new.
This place was great, until the new ownership. Yes, the store looks a lot better, but their selection of Xbox One games is pitiful. The worst offense, however, was when my fiance and I went in browsing one night, trying to burn some time. There was a lady at the front desk, along with two teenage/young adult men, who started making pig noises and swearing. The woman told them that they needed to stop, but they didn't- they just got worse. I am a little bit more heavy set, but it made me extremely uncomfortable and as soon as my fiance realized what was going on, we left right away. I have never felt so uncomfortable in a store.
I've shopped game traders for a good number of years and really never had a problem. That is until their recent move to the gameco building. The owner and manager of that building is one of the worst people to deal with. Cheap and always looking for a buck. If you buy something and return it, itll be a haslte to get your in-store credit, cause they don't do cash back now. My recommendation to gametraders is to split from that building and guy. Not going to shop there, and that makes me sad.
Way better than Game Stop. Here at GameTraders Plus they were so helpful, kind, fair and I left happy! I will never go to another Gaming store other than this one! Local Business is the key and these guys have that in mind with everything they do. Go to GameTraders first (or only) if you want to get the best deals and friendly service! Thanks Guys, Game On!!
