Owner is ridiculously rude. I walked in and started talking to him and he pulls out his phone and starts talking on it as I'm in mid sentence.items are wayyyyy overpriced. I'm honestly not sure how the guy is still in business. 30$ for a cheap 6ft. DVI cable? Ordered the same cord on amazon for 11$. Told me it was "high quality" smh.
The other reason for the negative of the remarks is that i want to see at least two or three post of 5 stars to try to negate this review.
EDIT: first of all everything you just said was unnecessary and not true whatsoever. Second, have you wondered why you have so many upset customers? you are a scam artist regardless of what you claim to be. Also yes I tried talking you down to a REASONABLE but still overpriced amount for a cable you claim to be "high quality". You're hilarious though trying to say I spend my parents cash and get drunk. I don't drink or smoke you tard and how is that even relevant to my review on your store? Just goes to show you have a lot to learn regardless of how long you've been a business owner. Get rekt idiot.
They took my sons PS4 with his power cord and 1 controller. Then when I picked it up they told me they don't take power cords and controllers. They basically called me a liar. DO NOT GO TO GAMEGO!!! Ripoff Ripoff Ripoff. The owners response is always the same. Calls you a liar and says you're trying to get free stuff. Not to mention over two months waiting for the PS4 to be fixed. Very poor service and no respect for the customer.
Rarely do i write about a business that I did not use. I like to make an exception to this one. I like to window shop at businesses that I rarely think of using. I have found that I tend to visit about 20% to do business with them. When I entered this store, i felt like I was walking into someones private museum and I was allowed to see things as long i did not touch or ask questions. The closest feeling i would give to it is when you are pulled over by a police officer and he wants to give you a ticket for some reason. For a first impression, it is a horrible place.
This past week bought two different items. A movie, supposed to be $4, was $2 instead. And a game, Farm Simulator 17. Competition has it for $44.99 used, I thought i would be getting for $32 and I got it for $30! Thanks Ian!
These guys are the prime example of scummy resellers. I walked in about 3 months ago and they had a Mega Man 2 NES loose for $108. Absolutely insane as that game goes for ~$20 loose. The owner is very blunt and rude. They also do not update their prices regularly. They do not seem to know the market they are in with games as they are not the only retro game shop in town. Will never go back here for games again.
