I was in the market for a TV. I went in on Thanksgiving and was kind of unsure of exactly which one I wanted. Jen let me look around when I told her I was just looking. When she checked on me again she helped me find a better model than the one I was looking at and in the same price range! Great customer service, awesome experience! Being that I live out of town, I will save my electronics purchases for when I'm visiting.
Jen the store manager was amazing! We weren’t sure exactly which appliances we wanted, and she is so well versed on all the pros and cons of each one. She gave us an awesome deal, and we couldn’t be more pleased with our customer service experience. A++++ Highly recommend!
Jen and the staff at ABC Warehouse are absolutely wonderful! From the time we purchased a lift chair for my Mother to recently when the chair stopped working and the company who is suppose to fix it was giving us the run around. We called Jen and explained that Mom is in Hospice, and relies heavily on her chair, and that time is of the essence. She assured me right away and told me not to worry, she would help us. And she did just that. Her and her regional manager(didn't get name), took the motor from the showroom floor chair and the manager took it to the hospice house and fixed the chair themselves.
