Not very happy! I ordered my battery online at 11:00am. Waited for my email to tell me my order was ready for pick. At noon my order was ready. I live an hour away from the store. Hour there and an hour back would get me home around 2:30 plenty of time to make my 4:00 appointment. I get to the store and I was told “ my bad I ment to call you and tell you your battery would be available after 4:00”. So I had to sit in my car for another 3 hrs missed my 4:00 appointment because somebody couldn’t do there job right. Thanks a lot!!
Ordered a motorcycle battery was very quick and easy to go over and pick up.
First time visit at this store and was very pleased with service that James had given me. I took back expired batteries there, had my iphone screen replaced and was able to pick it up in just a very short time. James also gave me a coupon for next visit and told me about LED bulbs coming on sale in February. James was very friendly and helpful. I will certainly visit this store again and recommend it to others!
