Was a great experience everyone was very helpful with explaining the phones in detail and being able to answer my questions. Loved the deals and promotions the store was offering but most I really appreciated the staff telling me ways that I can save money on our bill. Thank you so much Matt Shane and Alexis!!!
I had the best experience here today! My previous experiences have been terrible so I have avoided the store for months. Im a beginner when it comes to technology and have needed help learning how to use my equipment efficiently. Today I got that help!! Ryan Brown was the best and I will forever be indebted to him! What an angel! John and shane were also very nice! But Ryan stands out. Give him a raise!!
I couldn’t be more grateful with the experience that I received today. They worked well with me to get my phone which was experiencing technician problems that were not on my end. I recommend this sprint store if anyone is looking for help in mount pleasant!

We came in Friday and upgraded and had a wonderful experience. A few days later sprint care had us going in circles with a problem on their end. We come in here, and they took their time sorting the problem out for us, fixing everything and making sure everything was perfect before we left! Love all the workers here!
